The Red Dot Campaign launched with media coverage from Coast to Coast. Within two weeks, the website had 69,000 unique visitors, 3400 Facebook members and national coverage on tv, radio and newspapers. The ultimate goal of the campaign is to create a community of consumers concerned by the environmental impact of untargeted mass print advertising. This collective voice will urge advertisers and distributors to re-examine inefficiencies and transition to targeted, personalized, relevant (and more cost-effective!) communication and in the process freeing up valuable marketing dollars for social marketing. Advertisers can embrace the Red Dot brand to leverage sustainability as part of their brand advantage.

The Red Dot’s talented Design team includes Vancouver-based boutique designers, Buddha Branding www.buddhabranding.ca and Squint Creative www.squintcreative.ca.
